The right of withdrawal is the possibility that the client is given to request the return of all the money paid as well as to return the product received, within a term of five business days following the delivery of the product.

In compliance with the provisions of article 46 of Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal of the products purchased in the Company will be subject to the following rules: Once the consumer receives the item, he may request his right of withdrawal within five (5) days after receipt by providing the code assigned by the Company once the bank confirms the payment. For this purpose, there are several modalities that the user can use:

      The buyer must return the product in perfect condition, both its packaging and the business label, and must have all its parts and accessories in such a way that it does not present dents, scratches, breaks, stains, maintenance failures or blows, with the aim of Showing no signs of use.

      It is important to emphasize that since the return is not due to any logistical or quality error on the part of SYAM COSMETICS S.A.S., it is the consumer who must bear the shipping cost in accordance with the provisions of article 47 of the Consumer Statute.

      In addition to this, the merchandise that presents breakdowns or damages due to mishandling or omission of the instructions for use, will not have exchange or money back.

      Likewise, once the cause that gave rise to the right of withdrawal is validated and verified, the Company will have thirty (30) calendar days to return the money or to change the item to the user, if the latter requests it.
